  As Operations Manager, Emily is directly involved in the daily operations of the business and manages all things service related at Auxin Group. Emily is committed to driving the organization forward by ensuring that we are delivering a comfortable and consistent client experience. “I love working for Auxin Group because the focus genuinely is – and always will be – the client and the client experience,” says Emily. “They have created a great work environment for employees, and I am thankful to be a part of it.”

Emily joined Auxin Group in 2015, bringing with her more than 15 years of customer service experience. She previously studied at The University of Akron and Cuyahoga Community College.

A native of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Emily continues to live there with her husband Jordan. Away from the office, she enjoys live music, adventures with her husband and spoiling all of their nieces and nephews.
