Johnathan Roberts, CPA, joined Auxin Group in 2021 as an investment advisor and financial planner after years of practicing as a Certified Public Accountant for both national and regional firms.  During his time in accounting, John focused on the tax preparation and planning needs of individuals and business entities.  This experience allows John to view financial planning and investment management through a different lens than most other advisors.  “Tax implications should not form the entire basis of an investment decision,” according to John, “but strategic moves based on careful tax considerations can have a substantial impact on a client’s long-term wealth.”

John’s practice focuses on individuals and business owners nearing, or in retirement.  He concentrates on designing client plans that emphasize a desirable end goal for assets accumulated over a lifetime of work. 

John lives with his wife and son in Copley, OH.  When he is not in the office, John makes sure his son’s homework is turned in on time.  He also enjoys long walks through the neighborhood with his wife.  One day, John hopes to visit Anfield, the home of Liverpool FC.  He is an active member of The Rotary Club of Fairlawn.
